Heat syrup and sugar to boiling in heavy 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Immediately remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.

Stir in marshmallows.
Press mixture in ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
