Rocky Road(Microwave)
Rocky Road(Microwave) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. milk chocolate, broken or chopped, 2 c. large marshmallows, halved or miniature marshmallows and 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped diamond walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place chocolate in 2-quart glass measuring cup with handle. Microwave at High for 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir until evenly melted. Fold in marshmallows and walnuts; coat evenly.
Turn into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Chill until set.
Cut into squares.
Makes 2 pounds.
