Rocky Road Fudge Candy
Rocky Road Fudge Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 2 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan, melt chips with Eagle Brand and 2 tablespoons margarine.
In large bowl, combine pecans and marshmallows.
Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture.
Add vanilla.
Spread into wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch pan.
Chill 2 hours and cut into squares. Makes about 40 squares.
