Rocky Road Fudge Bars
Rocky Road Fudge Bars is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 sq. chocolate, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt together 1/2 cup butter and 1 square chocolate.
Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 eggs and 1/2 to 1 cup nuts.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix together the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
Spread over chocolate mixture; sprinkle with 6 ounces chocolate chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes longer.
Spread with icing and swirl with marshmallows.
