Rocky Road Fudge
Rocky Road Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 40 minutes. In a 3-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine corn syrup and sugar.
Mix well.
Microwave on High
(100% power) until the mixture boils, about 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave.
Stir in peanut butter; mix until smooth.
Add chips, stirring until melted.
Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
Immediately pour into a greased and foil-lined 8 x 8-inch pan.
Refrigerate until mixture is firm.
Remove foil from pan and cut into 1-inch squares.
