Rocky Road Fudge
Rocky Road Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) bars milk chocolate, broken into pieces, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 3/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
In heavy medium-sized saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
Spread mixture in the prepared pan.
Cover and chill several hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
Makes 1 1/2 pounds of candy.
