Rocky Road Fudge
Rocky Road Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. dry roasted peanuts or pecans and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mixture marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and butter; remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows.
Fold in chocolate mixture; spread in wax paper lined 13 x 9-inch pan.
Chill for 2 hours until firm. Remove from pan.
Peel off paper and cut into squares.
Store covered at room temperature.
