Rocky Road Fudge
Rocky Road Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 7 cut up marshmallows or 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 2 c. sugar, 1/4 lb. oleo and 12 marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Freeze 5 to 7 cut up marshmallows or 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows.
Mix the evaporated milk, sugar, oleo and 12 marshmallows.
Boil until marshmallows melt; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Pour the chocolate chips and vanilla into hot mixture. Beat until creamy.
Add the nutmeats and the frozen marshmallows. Pour into a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cool and cut.
