Rocky Road Drops
Rocky Road Drops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.), 6 oz. chocolate or vanilla flavored confectioners coating, cut up, 1 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts, 1 c. tiny marshmallows and 3/4 c. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Set aside.
In a medium heavy saucepan melt chocolate pieces and confectioners coating over low heat, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cereal, marshmallows and peanuts.
Add cereal mixture to melted chocolate, stirring until combined.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on the prepared cookie sheet.
Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 36.
