Rocky Road Cookie Pizza
Rocky Road Cookie Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies, 1/2 c. chopped peanuts, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate and 1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350°.
Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil.
Grease foil.
Press cookie dough into bottom of foil-lined pan.
Bake at 350° for 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Remove foil from pizza pan.
Cut into wedges or squares.
