Rocky Road Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. salted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips and peanut butter in an 8-cup glass measure.
Microwave at 70% power for about 5 minutes.
Stir until melted.
Fold in marshmallows and peanuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Cut into squares.
