Rocky Road Candy
Rocky Road Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In 2-quart casserole, place chocolate and butter; cover. Microwave at Medium or Low 5 to 7 minutes until chocolate and butter can be stirred smooth.
Add marshmallows and nuts, blending well.
Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square dish or pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut in squares.
Makes about 25 squares.
