Rocky Road Brownies
Rocky Road Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
Stir together the chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts; set aside. In large, microwave-safe bowl, place butter.
Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
Add sugar, vanilla and eggs, beating with spoon until well blended.
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; blend well.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 22 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chip mixture over top. Continue baking 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
With wet knife, cut into squares.
