Rocky Road Brownies
Rocky Road Brownies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter or margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa and nuts.
Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bars test done.
Sprinkle marshmallows atop and bake 3 minutes more.
Melt together chocolate bits and peanut butter.
Str in cereal and spread this mixture atop cooled bars.
Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen and kids love them.
