Robert Redford Cake
Robert Redford Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (19 1/2 oz.) jar butterscotch, caramel or fudge topping, 3 crushed chocolate covered toffee candy bars or 1 c. peanuts and frozen whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare and bake cake in 13 x 9-inch pan according to package directions.
While cake is still warm, poke holes (about a dozen) across top of cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
Let cool slightly.
Pour sweetened condensed milk and topping into holes and over cake.
Let stand a few minutes, then spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed candy bars over top.
Serves 12 to 16.
