Roast Venison is an easy dinner. Made with neck roast or rump roast (use preferably), 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, salt and pepper and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash and clean the meat.
Wrap tightly in heavy aluminum foil after seasoning it with all ingredients.
Roast in a heavy roasting pan for 2 to 3 hours in a 325Β° oven.
