Roast Potato Cake
Roast Potato Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt and ground pepper and 1 tbsp. grated parmesan or romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
Toss with olive oil and 2 cloves minced garlic.
Layer potatoes in an 8 or 9-inch ovenproof skillet.
Sprinkle each layer lightly with salt and ground pepper. Sprinkle top layer lightly with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until potatoes are brown on top.
Cut into wedges and serve!
