Roast Beaver
Roast Beaver is an easy dinner. Made with 1 young beaver, 2 medium onions, 2 green peppers, 2 cans beer and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove excess fat from beaver; rub with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in small roaster or roasting bag together with chunks of onion and green pepper; add 2 cans of beer.
Roast at 350Β° for 2 hours or until done.
Time will depend upon size of beaver.
Remove from bone to serve.
