Ritz Cracker Pie
Ritz Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. white sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crackers.
Beat egg whites very stiff.
Mix well and fold pecans.
Put in 9-inch greased pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven on top shelf.
Let cool and top with whipped cream.
Let stand in refrigerator 3 hours before serving. (Makes its own crust).
