Ritz California Vegetables
Ritz California Vegetables is an easy dinner. Made with 2 bags frozen california vegetables, cooked and drained, about 1 1/2 c. crushed ritz crackers, 1 stick butter, 3/4 velveeta cheese and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put aside 2/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers for top; mix 1 1/3 cups crushed Ritz crackers with 1 stick butter.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt Velveeta cheese with 1/2 stick butter.
Mix cheese mixture with vegetables; put over crackers in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle reserved 2/3 cup cracker crumbs over vegetables. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Can be made ahead and reheated in microwave.
