Rita Tibbett's Fish(Microwave Recipe)
Rita Tibbett'S Fish(Microwave Recipe) is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, a little cornstarch, salt and pepper to taste and 1 lb. or so haddock or sole, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Butter.
Juice.
Add enough cornstarch to feel like cream. Salt and pepper to individual tastes.
Haddock on sides.
Sprinkle parsley on top and cover with Saran Wrap (microwavable wrap). Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes. Let it set still, covered, for another 5 minutes. Very good and a fast meal.
