Rising To The Occasion is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 large egg and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium bowl, blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth.
In another bowl, blend 3 eggs, corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Pour mixture into the unbaked pastry crust.
Sprinkle with the chopped pecans.
Gently pour first mixture over nuts.
Bake on center oven rack for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is just set and pastry is golden.
Cool on wire rack.
