Ripe Olive Casserole
Ripe Olive Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. favorite pasta, 3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped, 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained, 1 c. tomato sauce and 1 large can tomatoes, chopped (reserve liquid), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Prepare pasta according to directions on package.
Cook corn and drain.
Brown meat with onion and bell pepper; drain fat.
Add all other ingredients, except corn chips, and bring to a boil. Then place into casserole dish and top with corn chips.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
