Ricotta Pie
Ricotta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box pillsbury prepared pie crust, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 to 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove sausage from casing, crumble and cook.
Let cool.
Mix together eggs, Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Add cooled sausage.
Place pie crust into a 9-inch pan following package directions.
Fill with cheese mixture and top with second crust.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Let cool before cutting.
