Ricotta Cheese Cake
Ricotta Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with yellow cake mix (follow directions), 3 c. ricotta, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 beaten eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend together last 4 ingredients in separate bowl.
When blended together, pour over top of raw cake mixture.
Bake as it says on box for time and temperature.
Grease bottom of cake pan, not sides.
Rectangular cake pan works best.
When cool, sprinkle with 10x sugar.
