Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix cake mix according to package. Pour into a wax paper-lined greased pan, 9 x 13-inch (deep).
Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour into center of cake batter.
Do not mix in.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
