Rick's Chicken Tropical
Rick'S Chicken Tropical is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. prepared mustard, 1/4 c. molasses, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine mustard and molasses in small saucepan.
Add other ingredients.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Place chicken in flat casserole and pour mixture over it.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serves 6 to 8.
