Richard'S Famous German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, german chocolate cake mix and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Smear 1/2 stick margarine (softened) over bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Spread all the pecans and coconut on the bottom.
Prepare the German chocolate cake mix according to instructions on the box and pour on top.
Now, here's the good part!
Add a mixture of 1 stick margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Spoon evenly on top of the cake batter and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Test with toothpick.
