Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Melt butter and peanut butter in bowl over hot water.
Add remainder of ingredients.
Stir until blended.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares.
Yield: about 24 squares.
