Rich Hot Chocolate
A decadent stovetop hot chocolate enriched with semisweet chocolate, corn syrup, and heavy cream. Velvety enough for a quiet snowy night and rich enough for a holiday crowd.

Combine chocolate, syrup and water in saucepan; heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Refrigerate until cool. Add vanilla.
Beat cream until stiff.
Gradually beat in chocolate mixture.
Beat until mixture mounds in bowl.
Spoon chocolate mixture into a cup.
Fill cup with hot milk.
