Combine sugar, flour, eggs, butter, cocoa and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool. Frost.
Will yield 48 squares.
