Rich Chocolate-Rum Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken into small pieces, 1 to 2 tbsp. rum, 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted and 1/2 c. unsalted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate.
Remove from the heat and beat in the liqueur, confectioners sugar and butter until smooth.
(If necessary, add a little sugar to get a firmer paste.)
Divide into 24 to 36 pieces and roll into balls.
