Rice with Green Chilies
Rice With Green Chilies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. rice, cooked, 2 c. sour cream, salt to taste, 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, cut in strips and 1 (6 oz.) can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, combine rice with the sour cream and salt.
Arrange half of mixture in bottom of 1-quart casserole.
Layer green chilies on top of rice mixture, then cheese strips. Add the remaining rice mixture and dot the top with butter and the grated cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 4.
