Rice Timali
Rice Timali is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. long grained rice, cooked, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced, 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced and 4 oz. mushrooms, cut lengthwise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry onion in a little fat; add peppers, then mushrooms and chopped bacon.
Cook until done.
Add rice, sweet corn and sliced Wurst sausage, previously heated through.
Mix well.
