Rice Pudding Deluxe
Rice Pudding Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 3 c. cooked rice, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. chopped pecans, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine pineapple with liquid and instant pudding mix.
Stir well.
Add rice and marshmallows.
Add 1/2 cup pecans; fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
Chill several hours or overnight.
