Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. skim milk, 1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener, 1/4 c. uncooked rice, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Scald milk.
Add sweetener and mix well.
Add rice, nutmeg, vanilla and salt and stir.
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a 300Β° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Stir several times during first 1 1/2 hours of baking.
Cool before serving. Makes 5 servings, 75 calories per serving.
