Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk, scalded and 1 1/4 c. cooked, cooled rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
A little of the scalded milk into egg mixture and stir well.
Return this mixture to scalded milk and mix well.
Add rice, raisins, vanilla and spices. Pour into a buttered 1-quart baking dish; set dish in a shallow pan and pour 1-inch of water into shallow pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
