Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. uncooked rice or 2 c. cooked rice, 5 eggs, 3 c. whole milk, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large bowl, beat eggs, then blend in milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Stir in cooked rice and raisins.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Set baking dish into another baking dish, then add water to larger baking dish until 1/2 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg the last 5 minutes of baking.
