Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 tbsp. rice, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 qt. milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash rice in sieve.
Put in pan and cook until done (about 15 minutes).
Stir in milk, cinnamon, vanilla and butter.
Put in baking dish and bake 2 hours.
Stir 4 times the first hour.
Do not stir 2nd hour.
Bake at 350Β°.
