Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. rice, 1 can eagle brand milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring to hard boil; turn fire down and let simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Mix milk and eggs together, one at a time.
Drizzle mixture in cooked rice slow; stir.
Then place back on stove over low heat.
Cook until it starts to thicken, about 2 minutes.
It will coat your metal spoon.
Optional
1/2 cup raisins and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
