Rice Pudding

Boil 1 cup of rice.
Add evaporated milk, can of water, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
Blend together.
Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar as needed (2 tablespoons sugar).
Fold into Rice Pudding.
Bake at 350Β° for 3/4 to 1 hour.
