Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. rice, 1 qt. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, separated and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring milk to a rice and sugar.
Cook over low heat until done, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally. While that is cooking, in another bowl, beat egg yolks, beat egg whites and aside.
Remove mixture from stove; add egg yolks and vanilla.
Return to low heat until it bubbles and thickens.
