Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. milk, 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. sugar, lemon rind and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put milk, rice, sugar, lemon rind and salt in pot and simmer approximately 1 hour.
When rice is cooked, remove from stove and add the eggs, sugar and vanilla which have been mixed together. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
Pour into serving dish and cool. When cool, refrigerate.
