Rice Pudding 1 is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (carolina), 1/2 gal. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, separated and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook first 5 ingredients on stove over a low flame about 1 hour.
Stir once in awhile.
Remove from burner. Beat together egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and raisins.
Add this to stove mixture.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
