Rice Pizza
Rice Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 eggs and pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix together cooked rice, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, margarine and eggs.
Spread in greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Put on pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Add your favorite toppings too. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
