Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 green pepper, 1 medium onion, 1 c. fresh mushrooms (may use canned) and 1 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
If using fresh mushrooms, add now.
Remove from heat and add rice, French onion soup and beef soup.
If using canned mushrooms, add at this time. Put in casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
