Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (uncooked), 1/4 c. diced onion, 2 tbsp. melted margarine or oil, 2 c. water and 2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
Add rice and onion. Brown, but do not burn.
Add water and bouillon cubes.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice kernels are soft.
Add water by small amounts if needed.
Serve as an accompaniment to chicken, beef or pork roast.
