Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, 1 c. long grain rice, 2 c. chicken or beef stock and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in heavy pan, one with tight fitting lid.
Add onion and saute about 2 minutes until translucent, not brown.
Add rice, stirring to coat grains with butter; cook until translucent. Pour in stock.
Add salt and pepper, bring to boil over high heat and immediately cover with lid.
Reduce heat and simmer 23 minutes. Remove lid and fluff.
