Rice Peruvian-Style
Rice Peruvian-Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 c. water, 2 c. white rice, washed thoroughly and 5 green onions, cut very thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In deep pot, saute garlic in oil and salt.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add rice and return to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Mix in onions, bacon and eggs.
Add a little soy sauce, mix well and serve.
