Rice Napoli
Rice Napoli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives, 1 envelope italian style dressing mix and 1 bag success 10-minute brown rice, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook and stir pepper and garlic in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes and salad dressing.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in rice and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with olives.
